How to help Ann qualify for the Democracy Vouchers

Candidates need to receive 400 unique donations of at least $10 AND 400 signatures in order to qualify for the democracy voucher system.

You can electronically donate by clicking the button below and be sure to check the box saying that your donation counts towards the 400.

In order to add a qualifying signature, you must fill out the below form and sign it.

You can either print it , complete it, and scan it or you can fill it out electronically using a service like Adobe Sign. Once you have the completed form, you can send it to info@neighborsforann.com.

Step 1: Go to Adobe Sign.

Step 2: Upload the PDF

You can either select a file from your computer or drag a file into the middle of the page.

Step 3: Fill out your contact information

Simply click in each field and type.

Step 4: Sign

When you get to the field for your signature, it is a little different. Click in the box like you did for the rest, but it will bring up a special signature section that looks like this:

This is important. Be sure to select either the draw, or image (if you have a saved signature) options. If you type it in, it will not be counted.

Step 5: Save your document

In the top left, there is a button marked “share,” click it then select Download a copy

Step 6: Send us your filled out form
